Hi,

STR73x features 16 KBytes of static RAM and I don't think that you can extend the sram size without emi.

Best regards,

Hich 😉

thanks for Hich 's reply.

i cared for st's arm just because it has four uarts and enough capacity flash to me,but with too little of sram,so maybe i don't think it as a good design.

everybody can image a mcu with so many functions, but only 16k sram.maybe it is a mistake of st.

Hi Hich,

First i think it is a question without the answer 'yes' or 'no'.One MCU only can do something, not everything.

just for power monitor system, our products will communction with the devices, such as power supply,air-condition and so on,each devices needs more than 4k's ram for buffer and data.the 16k is little without the func of iap, can, and usb.

maybe someone else has the same idea as me,only i speak out. why? just because i care st's str7.
