Can anyone tell me what the difference is between a ST10F269Q3 and a ST10F269Z1Q3?

I understand that the difference between Z1 and Z2 devices is the amount of FLASH (Z1 = 128k, Z2 = 256k). But not found suitable explaination for a 'non Z' device.

Sorry for such a 'basic' question, honestly, I have tried to find the info on data sheets.

Many Thanks.

Hello,

There is no difference between ST10F269ZxQx and ST10F269Qx. The difference in the marking allows to identify the responsible ST group:MLD or APG.

MLD marking is ZxQx and APG marking is Qx.

Regards,

Najoua.
