Posted on December 20, 2005 at 05:41I am currently developing a safety critical application where I am going to use the STR711FR0 . According to the safety regulations and standards, we have to reach a residual error probability of 10E-6 per hour. To reach this, a lot of hardware testing has to be done (processor, RAM, ROM, registers,...).
Now I need the FIT levels of the processor and the internals?
Is there some code for online testing the processor hardware and is it possible to obtain this software?
