Dear All,

In one of our product i am using ST10F269.

For programming of it we are using ''code protection'' feature of it.

In this we are temporary unlocking the chip using our own tool and flash routine inside the chip. Then we reprogram the flash.

In our new product we are planning to use STR912FAW44.

For programming of same can it is possible for us to use similar technique which we are using for ST10F269?

Regards....

Hi.

You can enable Security bit during JTAG programming. Once enabled, the protection can be disabled only by full-chip erase command. See STR9 flash programming manual for details...
