I get following error when I try to load my realview debugger...any ideas?

Q0560E: RVD IDE Support: An error occurred during RVIME initialisation:

Q0557E: Security faliure - dongle was accessed without lock.

Specify the command line option '-cmd' to start Realview Debugger in non-graphical mode.
