Installing uClinux on str710 evaluation board

I'm trying to install uClinux on STR710 Evaboard according to AN2119. I'm stuck already in the patching step. I can't find the patch package uClinux-dist-20040408-str710-patch.tar.gz anywhere. Could someone please tell me where can I find it?
