Will CAPS ever support Segger J-Link or Keil u-link?

Will CAPS ever support Segger J-Link or Keil u-link? Why only R-link?

(Flash link and any other parallel-port-based device should be considered extremely obsolete, since no laptop in the last few years has support for parallel ports any more).
