I am looking for an ARM7 MCU supporting DRAM or SDRAM interface.

When I check out several ARM7 MCUs from several vendors, many ARM7 MCUs

support SRAM interface, but not DRAM or SDRAM. Please recommend ARM7 based

MCU supporting SDRAM or DRAM. It seems that ARM9 BASED MCUs usually

support SDRAM interface. But I am looking for ARM7 Based MCU.

Thanks for your reply in advance .

The SDRAM is more supported when the core supports an MMU as the ARM9. But for the ARM7 product, as you mentionned it support SRAM as there is no MMU , no cache...

Is it possible that your application use SRAM instead of SDRAM? Our STR710 product have an external memory interface , so you can have an SRAM. which product are you actually using?
