ST6 or ST7?

Hello, Sirs.

I have a question about ST6 and ST7 noise immunity:

- which one is more insusceptible to the electromagnetic interferences? I have heard that ST6 is more insusceptible. Is it true?

And one more question:

We need ST6 MCU which contains EEPROM Data Memory, Flash (optional) Program Memory, not less then 28 pins, one PWM, ADC and status is ''Active''.

Do you have MCUs like described above?

Unfortunately I have not found required MCU in your product selector.

There is no flash device in the ST6 serie.

I recommend you start new designs with the ST7. It seems that there is no new development in the ST6 serie.

We have just converted all our ST6 designs to ST7, which means several ten thousands of assembly lines to rewrite.

However it is rewarding as the ST7 is really fast, its instruction set is a pleasure (especially memory adressing) and there are new devices often.

We have found no problem with electromagnetic interferences.
