Yesterday i restored the CPU(that was in 'hanging' state)
I choosed the option for jtag ''Use reset at start up'' , but this not helped. The problem was that we need Global reset at start up because
in my case 'hanging' was caused by playng with FMI register. This may be
done if you create circuit that tern on power simultaneously with start
of jtag(or to use the reset signal from jtag to tern on the power).
