Has anyone managed to get simulated serial IO running in the Keil uVision simulator for the ST uPSD3354DV?
I am trying to interface HyperTerminal to my application. I have connected COM1 to COM2 on my PC (HyperTerminal on COM1). I have setup my simulated COM port and ASSIGN it to COM2 of the PC, but I do not see any output when I write data through my serial driver. The serial driver code I have works great on-target, but no joy with simulator. The PC com ports are working fine as when I open HyperTerminal in COM2 I can read/write to and fro no problems (I do close the second HT session once I am done!)
A guy on the Keil forum suggested that perhaps the uPSD3354 simulation was not complete / working properly.
Thoughts anyone?
