Hi Folks,

there's a problem programming my STM32F103VBT.

I tried to programm the device with JLINK (IAR workbench) and with Wiggler (Rowley), but there is every time the same error-message:

JLINK: ''Wrong AHB ID (15:3). Expected 0x0477001 (Mask 0x0FFFFFFF), Found 0x23000040''

Wiggler: ''Cannot set debug register''

What kind of problem is that? A problem with the mcu?
