Hello?

STR710FZ2, Pin Number 44, External Port Open Mistake (Data Sheet, I see Mistake)

A. Problem.

1. Centigrade 60 Over, CPU Shutdown(Lock-up) cycle Stop!

2. I Test Result, 44Pin Hardware Pull-down after Centigrade 60 Over Test Result No Problem'

B. The Present Time.

1. 10,000 EA Board SMD completed to Feild Running

C. Your Solution.

If your company solution? Only Software Solution.

Hardware Revision is My Company Big Impact.

(Hardware Port 44Pin Pull-down Solution not ok! )

Sorry, but I think you are out of luck. The manual says:

DBGRQ. When high, the system requests the ARM7TDMI to unconditionally enter the debug state. This pin must be kept LOW when emulation features are not enabled.

It's a hardware problem, and I cannot see a possible software workaround.
