I must conected the pin on STm32f101x6 and I have any question

1)what is the level in PIN BOOT0&1 in normal operation?

2)waht is the level on Boot0& Boot1 in up-date flash when use the Usrat1?

3)the all pin not used must be at vdd or Vss?
