Any update on STM32 parts with more memory? I was told that ST would provide a part with 512k flash and 64k RAM.

Hi togrady,

Yes, It is coming in Q2/2008: May be in June you request your free sample

with more Flash and more RAM, either from ST or from our distributors WW.
