Hi,

I would like to use FSMC in Motorola 6800 (M68) mode to drive graphical LCD (KS0108).

My square signal form PWM output is more important than LCD. I wonder if FSMC request for data from the LCD will pause a core processor for another operation? The memory transaction last max. 3.8 us so the square signal can be distorted.

Second question is proposition of connection FSMC as M68. Why you didn't propose to use NADV signal to use it as strobe. Your proposition will cause a hazard? Did somebody test M68 mode to drive for e.g. LCD.

thnaks,

J.O.
