I want to download the hex or axf file thr' JTAG port.

I am using KEIL uvision tool with ULINK2 programmer.

But i don't have the code compiling in the scope.

i want to download hex file. Please let me know the tool settings & steps for download

Hi,

You can use plenty of tools thru JTAG or SWD : you can refer to our web page :

even better you can simply use the USART ( RS232) and the internal bootloader if you do not need JTAG as well 🙂
