The new package
http://www.segger.com/download_jlink.html
contains a helpful utility ''JLinkFlashSTMB525.exe'' that allowing to program the STMB525 eval board with a binary file.
How does it work:
1. Install the latest package JLinkARM_V402e (refer to Segger web site).
2. Generate your binary file
3. Rename the generated binary file to STMB525.bin and copy it into C:\Program Files\SEGGER\JLinkARM_V402e\Samples
4. Run the JLinkFlashSTMB525.exe
