New STM32F103VE without FSMC_A0 to FSMC_A15!

STM32F103VE don't have the pins FSMC_A0 to FSMC_A15, only FSMC_A15 to FSMC_A23 pins. So how to interface it to a CS8900 or other ethernet controller? There's no way to have consecutive address?
