STVD offers the following Start-up file options:

crtsi0.sm8

crts0.sm8

crtsx0.sm8

crtsi.sm8

crts.sm8

crtsx.sm8

crtsif.sm8

crtsxf.sm8

(See screenshot in the attachment).

But the *0.sm8 options are not documented.

For info, these files are to be used with applications smaller than 64K.

Similarly for the mods* libraries with names ending '0' (this is documented)
