PLL and Memory Mismatch

Hello,

currently I have a project were I want to set up the system control unit (SCU) manually without the startup script. There I have to configure the PLL unit. Therefore I use the described procedure mentioned in RM0006 (change to OSC, write PLLCONF, change back to PLL and so on...) For the configuration I use the following parameters: N=192, M=25, P=2, wherewith the clock has to run with 96MHz. This works up to the point where I want to debug the code with µVision and ULINK2 on the MCBSTR9 eval board. In this case the message ''Memory Missmatch! Adress: 0x00000001, Value = 0x00, Expected = 0xF0'' appears. After excessive debugging I found out that if I set the P-parameter to another value than 2 the whole project works fine. A comparison of the two different HEX-files only shows a difference where the value is set and nowhere else. If I do the setup with the configuration wizard for the startup script the same error occurs.

Do you have any idea?

Thanks in advance and best regards,

Tom
