need help with sourcery G++ Lite for linux

hello.my project involves using stm32-p103 board.i have downloaded and installed the toolchain from codesouecery from

http://www.codesourcery.com/sgpp/lite/arm/portal/release830

i have followed the steps in the getting started manual and got stuck at the test program stage.it gives the same ''file or directory not found ''error inspite of adding the directories to path.this is very strange.manually i can navigate and see the files there.what to do?
