Old discovery stm32F407 with chip rev. A, I2C issue

I tried a lot of time generate I2C code with cube MX and AC6 IDE, but I never see SDA or SCL move. I generated code for other I2C than I2C1 but with no success.

Is there any issue using stm32f407VGT6 Rev. A mounted on my Discovery board?

Driving PB6 and PB7 as GPIO in output  mode I see the pin goes high and low...

You can check if this is related to the I2C

Both SDA and SCL maximum rise time (tr) violated when VDD_I2C bushigher than ((VDD+0.3) / 0.7) V

Connect to I2C there is an humidity sensor HTU210. The sensor is connected to 3v3 comes from discovery. The voltage measured is 2,98V.

Also two 4k7 pull up resistor tied the SDA, SCL high.
