ST-Link utility is a nice tool for production, but in my opinion lacks in a feature. It doesn't recognize the option bytes area written in HEX. If you need fuses, you have to set up them manually in a form, but the production area shouldn't do this (critical) part on their own.
In my opinion, this feature is important and should be quite easy to implement.
