I had the same problem with the STLink in IARs Embedded Workbench.  In EW there is a setting in the Project->Options->Debugger called ''Use flash loaders'' or something like that.  Once I ticked it everything was OK.  Maybe there is a similar option in Keil?

Updated my ST-Link to V1.J11.S3

I am using Keil MDK v4.10

I too have the same problem, I can debug but the download option does not work.

Very frustrating...

Aly,

Some weeks ago I did the same as you, but ST did not answered yet.

Keil has released MDK 4.13a. Look one of the updates:

Updated: support for ST-Link USB-JTAG debugger. The ST-LINKIII-Keil.dll MDK driver in folder ..\ARM\STLink\ has been updated to version 1.5.2. The flash file loader stm32l15xLoader.bin for STM32L10x low power devices has been added in folder ..\ARM\STLink\.

It sounds that the problem has been solved. I will be able to try it only in the next week. See if it works for you.

Same problem here.

I have sent a message to Keil Support and hope they will do something on the topic. It seems like a software bug.

4.13a still not working. Only difference is that now the COM LED won't stay lit.

Seems they change ''

The ST-LINKIII-Keil.dll MDK driver in folder ..\ARM\STLink\ has been updated to version 1.5.2

'' to 1.5.3 for today, but still the same problem. Who has another results?
