Hi Kris,

I remember when I have needed a such config, Ihave found in the reference manual a section ''external clock source mode 1'' that explains this case of use. In your code you should probably replace ''TIM3_ETRClockMode2Config'' by ''TIM3_ETRClockMode1Config''. I hope this helps you and good luck :))). Tell if it is OK now.
