Where can I find a STM32F10x library documentation

The documentation is in the stm32f10x_stdperiph_lib_um.chm (Windows Compiled Help) file included in the package.

I thoroughly agree!

Unfortunately, ST don't - they have deliberately removed the PDF, and the CHM is now all that there is. :(

A thoroughly bad idea, IMO.

Even the use of the .chm format itself seems to be fundamentally flawed:
