Hi Remi,

Your default configuration for the stvd project are updated, so to avoid this issue use a personalized path when create a new project

You can resolve this issue by updating your local files dafault.wed and default.wdb available under ''$:\Program Files\STMicroelectronics\st_toolset\stvd'' with attached

Regards

Hi Mozra

This does not really fix the problem

The sharing violation occurs and the workspace files get corrupted again...

The only solution I have is change the workspace files each time it occur (really annoying)

Thx anyway

I'm seeing a very similar corruption in my project/workspace files. It seems that each time I open my workspace (.stw file), it's adding a bunch of data to the .wed file.

I tried to attach by before and after .wed file, but the forum wouldn't let me. I kept getting a ''

The file or folder name contains characters that are not permitted'' error.

If you want to see them let me know what email address I can send them.

Actually, replacing the default wdb and wed files seems to have resolved it for me.

Should have tried that first, thanks!

The solution seems to be short-lived. I still get corruption commonly, and have to restore the default files again. Why are the default files being modified by opening my workspaces?
