Hi,

I have similar problem, but it was problem in hardware. My pull ups didn't be ok.. 🙂

The START condition will not be generated if FSMC clock is enabled.  See my other post: https://my.st.com/public/STe2ecommunities/mcu/mydiscussions.aspx.
