STM32F1 standby mode power consumption and noise

Hi all,

On my STM32F102R8T6 board, when the STM32 goes into standby mode, power consumption goes down to a few µA.

But if I touch some pins of the STM32 with my finger or with a metal stick, power increases to several mA.

Then I remove it, and consumption decreases to a few µA.

It sounds like the STM32 power consumption is depending on EMI ..

The way to solve this issue would be to add pull-up or pull-down resistor on these pins, but I'd like to know if ever there's a software solution ...

It seems that internal pull-up and pull-downs are disabled while in standby mode ..

Anyone already faced this problem ?

Thanks for your help.

Best regards,

Vincent.
