Yes. It's called Ethernet.

You need to include some kind of acknowledgment from every intended recipient, so if a collision occurs, you can do a retry.

You are setting yourself up for the impossible by trying to achieve reliable communication with unknown senders and recipients.

You should look for CAN bus , it is better solution that RS485 for your system.
