The 'density' directly relates to the amount of flash memory.

'connectivity line' has an OTG USB interface, dual CAN interfaces and ethernet

'performance line' has CAN and USB (device)

'USB access line' has USB but no CAN

'access line' has neither USB or CAN

'value line' has an HDMI interface

My doubt is, what kind of type of device I have?

I´m programming STM32F103VE.

Is it High density device or Connectivity device?

Both groups of devices have diferent clock tree (see RM0008 pag 77 and 107), that is my doubt

You have a high density performance device with 512k of flash and 64k of RAM.

14611.pdf describes your device.

Connectivity devices are ...105... and ...107...
