yes ozdemir.murat_olgu you have burned your controller.your controller is draining much more current due to internal ''short'', so it is getting hot.

just change the controller and then check the short between GND and 3v3, GND and 5V.

Fortunately ST has a guarantee procedure which applies to our boards. In short, just pack your boards and send them to ST with their serial numbers. In return you need to pay them a repairing fee.
