The ST-LINK is provided as a low cost solution, probably limited by the software drivers rather than a hardware limitation. The software/drivers for the U-Link and J-Link products are more mature and funded by their higher cost. If you feel the ST-Link support within the Keil tools is not working properly you should probably take that up with your Keil Support contact.
