Posted on May 17, 2011 at 14:35The 3.5.0 GPIO\IOToggle makes *no* reference to LED's, it toggles GPIO's which is a more board agnostic model.
No doubt if you stick a scope on the PD.0 and PD.2 pins, you will see them toggle. I'm also not sure how you would observe 18 MHz visually, but anyhow not trying to be argumentative.
There are so many eval boards, including a prolific number of non-ST ones, with different pin configurations, and LED's, that to support any/all combinations will totally clutter the examples to the point they become useless. A point that has been argued here before.
