I could have the stdio routed through VCOM. I did not see any issue like you mentioned. I made it work for STM32F107VCT6. However, you can replace USB_Sil_Write/USB_Sil_Read with corresponding Set_EPTX_XXX APIs in order to have it working...Here is the link
