That's all great, but have you tried all the troubleshooting steps?

Is the E pulse at least 450ns, because you have no delay or control over it's width in your code? Stick a scope on it and check.

For a gross check, you could add some delays between all you pin transitions.

Hi

My application worked after connected smt32's ground and LCD's (I'm supplying my LCD with external +5V) ground they are at the same point.
