STOP mode and BOOT0 pin

I agree that beyond specifying BOOT0 as an INPUT, there's no other technical information. I would guess that the pin is a genuine floating input without pull up or pull down as these are associated with Input / Output pins. Also, where ST have used integrated resistors as on the JTAG pins they have documented it.

Why not submit a Technical Support query and report back the answer here?

It's floating input.

We have it pulled to ground, and in STOP mode we consume around 30uA.
