[STM32F205RC] Better USB stack ?

Hello,

I'm using the ST provided stack for about a year now but still have plenty of issues (high consumption, some reports lost, non reliable connection, etc).

I use device USB only with HID profile (one report IN, one report OUT).

Now I need a quick and very reliable solution to this problem, because customers are complaining about it.

I see 2 options :

1 - have an USB expert look at the code, but I don't know any ...

2 - buy a commercial USB stack with - hopefully - better support and better reliability.

Any advice ?

Thomas.

Hello,

I'll probably try the HCC embedded USB stack for STM32F2 in the coming days.

I'll try to make a feedback when I know more about it.

Thomas.

Hi Thomas

I am curious to hear more about your USB HID problems as I am using the ST driver in the exact same configuration and so far so good. I must say that the product is in the demo stage at the moment, but none of out developers (about 3) has report any problems with HID.

If you want, you can contact me directly at gawie at sulani dot co dot za.

Cheers,
