Stm32F4 and JTAG

Hello

I have 3 units ulink2 , I am using keil .. when i was using v4.60 , i was able to debug and download using jtag .. I get some problem with that version later one we upgrade it to v4.70a ; now I cant use JTAG , I only can use SW.

Keil people say it is board problem jtag connection problem .. :I just confused later I used to use JTAG with the old version .

Here my JTAG shematic , please could you tell me if there anything wrong

Will take a look at the schematic later. BTW Might want a 32 KHz external crystal if you want to run from battery.

Keil 4.70 updates the firmware in the ULink pods, supposedly you can't then use them in earlier versions. Review the release notes.

The JTAG connector pin numbers and microcontroller JTAG port / pin names look correct to me. I use identical connections with a uLink Pro and Keil V4.70.0.0 but use the SW mode. I had to turn off SWJ and Trace in the Target Options /Debug / Settings but then JTAG worked fine too.
