Will ST provide the files to update the EWARM to STM32F303?

IAR is responsible for EWARM releases. You should probably discuss your needs with your IAR sales/support representative.

ST provided the files to upgrade the EWARM when they released the ''STM32 high density''. So I thought they will do it again because the last EWARM available to download don't have support for STM32F302VC yet.
