Hi,

I connected only one qspi flash to the BK2_IOx pins of the STM32F446. Is it possible to use this flash as single-flash mode?

Based on the STM32F446 datasheet, there's no QUADSPI_BK1_IO2 for 64 pins package, is it correct?

 Hi Ari,

1- To use one flash as single-flash mode, you can connect flash memory to BK1_IOx or BK2_IOx pins and select the FLASH memory to be addressed in single flash mode in the FSEL bit in QUADSPI control register (QUADSPI_CR).

2- For the LQFP64 package, the Quad SPI is available with limited features, so it is correct: there is no QUADSPI_BK1_IO2.

Sorry for answer delay 😉
