ADC on F407 versus F42x/43x

Hello,

with regard to ADC noise on the F407, AN4547 (F407 -> F42x migration) tells:

'' Resolved with new behavior to enhance the accuracy''

However I don't see any description of the new behavior!

Can anybody clarify?

Hello,

The ADC noise issue on STM32F407 parts is described on

. You have to apply the described workaround on ''2.1.15 Internal noise impacting the ADC accuracy'' section to avoid this issue.

With STM32F427, you don't need such workaround as the issue is fixed.

however both the F407 Errata and the application node only decribe F407 behaviour. However AN4547 explicit talks about F427 ''new behavior''. If the behavior is only fixed with regard to what is expected, why is there talk about ''new behavior''?
