Once bootloader of NETMF is flashed into stm32, can it be removed again?

back to original configuration.

Once bootloader of NETMF is flashed into stm32, can it be removed again? back to original configuration.

Of course, just erase the device. The original ST System Loader is in ROM (Read Only Memory), and will be available, and booted into, any time the device is reset with the BOOT0 pin High, regardless of whatever you've put into Flash.
