Best MCU/evaluation board for using USB

Hello, I wish to write a Windows application exchanging data with a microcontroller via USB. What is the best MCU/evaluation board to do this job in terms of avalaible firmware, documentation, support, etc.?

STM32E-Eval  board will be good for your requirement.
