STM32F4 RTC supply current

Where can I find stm32f4xx RTC-module suuply current? I didn't find information in datasheet. I need to know operating time from battery when power-off.

Hello,

In the STM32F407xx datasheet on page 76, 77 you have the current consumption for different low power modes.

Table 20: Stop mode

Table 21 Standby

Table 22 VBat mode

Most likely the answer to your question is in Table 21:

Idd_stby, BackupSRAM OFF, low speed Osc and RTC ON: 2.4-3.3uA

In VBat mode you can get down to <1uA.

I used old revision of datasheet where current consumption values declared as TBD.
