ST-LINK/V2 FW debug problem

I'm using uvision for application on STM32F100.

When I debug using ST-LINK/V2  FW is downloaded in flash memory, but some error appears: in  flash memory I register some KEYS, but after FW download not all KEYS are correct, 0xFFFFFFFF instead of correct value. I checked .hex file and .map file and both reports all keys. 

When I use ULINK2 no error in FLASH memory.

If I download FW (.hex) using ST-LINK utility, all OK!
