Poor new engineer

Hi guys,

I have poor embedded system information and I bought STM32F4-Discovery and I use MDK-ARM ÂµVision4 IDE But windows dont recognize usb device (Ä± dont find any driver) and Ä± cant download my program (no STlink detected)

please help me.
