STM32F4DISCOVERY using ST-link/V2

Hi all,

I want to use the ST-link/V2 to debug my STM32F4 instead of the USB-cable but I've encountered some problems. First of all I connected +5V to the 5V-pin on P2 to power up the card. I then removed the 2 jumpers from CN3 and connected VDD_TARGET, SWCLK, GND, SWDIO and NRST from the SWD connector(CN2) to my ST-link/V2. But when I try to debug(Using Atollic TrueStudio) all I get is ''Connection to target failed''. I've tried different constellations like not using NRST and also trying to use JTAG instead of SWD(then I had to add TDO and TDI) but everything gives the same results... Does anyone have suggestions on what to do to make things work?
