Hi every one

is anyone know about pulse capturing in stm32f4 ,how fast is it? and how accurate is it i wana measure 1mhz pulse with 0.2% error is stm32f4 able to do that?

thank you

No, I think you'd need a 500 MHz sample clock to do that, ie 2 ns granularity.

And you'd want a more accurate input clock.

You could, I guess, integrate but that would require a series of pulses at the frequency rather than a singular pulse the question infers.

Tips, buy me a coffee, or three.. PayPal Venmo Up vote any posts that you find helpful, it shows what's working..

thank you clive1

what frequency can i measure with 0.2% accuracy ?

Is stm32f4 is suitable for measure frequency.I used of TIM_PWM_INPUT example but it's seems it doesn't accurate it's have big variation even in low frequency  such as 20~60 khz.
